Which plant in your neighborhood do you like most？
I like my neighborhood because there are many kinds of plants in there. I feel like living in a big garden. Bamboos are my favorite plants. My primary school is surrounded by bamboos. They look tall up into the sky. They never turn yellow, even in cold winters. Bamboo leaves sway in the wind. They are like singing happily. I enjoy playing games with my friends under bamboos. We always have a good time there. In traditional Chinese culture, bamboos stand for the spirit of being tough. Chinese parents hope that their kids grow up straight like bamboos. What about you?
